Dance Fitness Conditioning
The class uses beautiful contemporary and classical music that is uplifting and relaxing. It Incorporates contemporary and ballet dance techniques that anyone can enjoy. Learn contemporary dance choreography, practice yoga sequences and strengthening Pilate exercises. You will also practice conditioning floor based exercises, barre work, jumps and pirouettes.
For improvement in tone, core strength and flexibility.
Suitable for all levels.
Hatha Yoga
A beautiful and relaxing traditional yoga class that includes meditation, breathing techniques, sun salutations and asana (poses) it is a gentle but effective practice and suitable for all levels.
The class will improve strength; balance, motor skills and flexibility it also helps calm the mind and can reduce stress.
Spin
A Spin is a fantastic cardiovascular excercise class, using outdoor cycling techniques to high energy music, be taken through challanging visual journeys that will improve strength and the cardiovascular system
Core Strength
Core strength works on the core similar to legs bums and tums you will be doing challanging combinations of abdominal exercises using weights and resistence bands.
Urban Yoga
A vinyasa style yoga class that incorporates flowing sequences of different Asana’s to create a choreographed dance to soft Hip/hop and R&B music. It is much more active and dynamic than my Hatha class, you may notice yourself feel out of breath, your balance and coordination will be challenged.It is great for improving cardiovascular fitness as well as balance and motor coordination. If you prefer more fluid dance like movement then this class is for you.
This class may also include more difficult poses, however it can be adjusted to suit all levels in the class.
Supple Strength
This class is a fusion of yoga and Pilates exercises to help improve core strength, tone and flexibility.
For improvement in tone, core strength and flexibility.
Suitable for all levels.
cardiosive Blast
Uses high-energy popular music. It is a intensive cardio class where students will be put through intensive drills for cardio and strength improvement be prepared for Burpee’s, sprinting, jumping jacks and lots of push ups.
This is a class for those that like to be challenged and perhaps has a competitive edge.

Kettlebells
A strength endurance class using Kettlebells. Students will be taken through sets and safe technique alongside popular and motivating music. It incorporates exercises such as Squats, Kettlebells swings, clean and press and abdominal work
This class is a great way to get beach ready or to tone up the whole body.
Sculpt
A exercise class that uses empowering Rock Music to motivate you through a free-weight exercise routine. You will be taken through a complete body work out.

An exciting cardio class using rhythmic Cuban, Latin American and African Music. You will stomp your feet to exciting rhythms, circle your hips, and dance your way to a toned body. Swing It
Uses popular 1930's/1940s/1950s Swing and electric swing music. Charleston your way to fitness practise Exciting jazz moves such as Crazy legs, apple jacks and Charlston. The class is a mixed aerobic and toning class it incorporates choreography, strengthening exercises and a floor section that is designed to work your core muscles.

Is the class suitable for me?
Yoga
Yoga is suitable and a great form of exercise for most people, If you are new to yoga I would recomend trying Hatha yoga first so that you have time to stay in asanas
Kettlebells, Sculpt, Core Strength, Cardiosiveblast, Spin
Are great for those that want to be motivated in a class setting, exercises are not choreographed to music you are motivated by high energy music and are guided through either timed sets or a set amount of repetitions
Dancercise, Dance conditioning and Urbanyoga
These classes are choreographed to music if you love dancing and want to improve your corodination skills and learning choreographed sequences they are ideal for you. It doesent matter if you don't get the choreography right what is important is that you are enjoying yourself and being active.
