I could not have ask to teach at a more beautiful location than Breadsall Priory Manor and country club. I feel very privilieged the members of staff are friendly and supportive and the members of the health club were lovely.

I have just started to teach two classes a week in this idylic setting, the studio has beautiful wooden beams and it is light and airy.

My first class was a Kettlebell class we worked hard on our squats and my students attempted the Turkish get up I felt very proud of them as they all succeded in holding there Kettlebell in air and got from lying to standing up and then back down again.

I was really pleased to have 9 students for my first yoga class this was a mixed abillity group and every one was lovely and did really well. Some students were trying and succeding to go into wheel pose and others embraced that yoga is a practice that you can make your own and opted for asanas that were more suitable for them. The feedback was all positive which was lovely and heartwarming to hear. I can not wait for next week, I am so gratefull to have the oppourtunity to do what I love for a living. This is the start of a whole new journey for me, and I am looking forward to growing my classes and sharing what I have learnt and benefited from in Yoga.
